We can assist with a variety of stages throughout your construction projects. Operating throughout the UK, we have grown healthy professional relationships with a variety of clients including house builders, contractors and steel fabricators. From the outset in 2002, we have always prided ourselves on providing a professional and friendly service with our clients’ requirements and aspirations at the forefront of our minds.
As we have grown, we have been able to take on larger projects including residential developments, commercial schemes and warehousing; and expand our service offering to include ground investigations, topographical and dimensional surveys and drainage and external works.
Dimensional, Conditional and Site Surveys
Generally required during the feasibility or planning stages of projects, we can offer desk studies and site investigations so that any risks associated with the site are understood to limit unforeseen costs particularly associated with the foundations. This could include coal, poor soil bearing pressures, contamination etc.
If required, we can provide topographical surveys to pick up natural and man-made features within a specified area.
For existing structures, we offer structural inspections for various reasons including mortgage applications, planning submissions, or just to understand any works required to achieve the desired structure.

Foundations, Earthworks and Retaining Wall Design
Our consultancy services include geotechnical design of various foundations such as trench fill or strip footings, reinforced concrete rafts, pad foundations and piles.
We have also designed various types of retaining walls including unreinforced masonry, reinforced concrete, king posts and sheet piles. Working closely with geotechnical consultants and contractors we understand the requirement for efficient solutions from both a cost and time perspective.
As well as design services we can also provide method statements, liaison with bodies such as Local Authorities, The Environment Agency, The Coal Authority and NHBC, on-site supervision of construction and validation.
Steelwork, Masonry, Concrete and Timber design
We are knowledgeable in the design of many materials to the latest Eurocode Design Standards, our aim is to provide solutions that are not only efficient, but also visibly appealing where necessary, or where material selection is key to the project.
We’ve worked and contiune to work with various clients, including home and business owners, architects, developers, steelwork fabricators and builders.
Drainage and External Works
We can deliver both private and adoptable drainage design solutions for residential, commercial and industrial developments. During planning stages, we can produce drainage strategies to support applications or to address any planning conditions related to drainage or flood risk.
As projects move into the more detailed design stages, we can offer technical support to produce the required information for any Section 104, Section 106, Section 185, Section 38 and Section 278 agreements.
2D Drawing and 3D Modelling
Our 2D and 3D drawings are produced using the Autodesk range of products including AutoCAD and Revit to help visualise our designs and bring your projects to life. Our drawings can be shared in various file formats to ensure maximum compatibility with various systems.
