Site Visits & Structural Reports
Certain projects can require a full structural report this may be a conversion or to assist in your decision in purchasing a property.
If you have noticed structural issues developing and need advice and peace of mind, we can provide a letter or report, whichever may be required.

Structural Calculations
If you are wanting to make alterations, remove walls or extend; we are happy to discuss your options and provide the necessary calculations to satisfy Building Control.
Retaining Wall & Foundation Design
Depending on the needs of the project we can provide masonry, reinforced concrete, king posts or sheet pile retaining wall designs.
We are able to specify various foundation solutions, including strip and trench fill footings, reinforced raft foundations or piles and ground beams. We are also able to provide ground investigations to provide a more informed design and limit risks with unforeseen soil conditions.
